Service Description
The perspective is strategy driven; the belt holder is an enabler who tests the validity of a projection before implementation, preventing costly errors and deliberately seizing intelligent opportunities. Scientific rigor is practiced with instruction that includes Basics of Experimentation, the Logic of Hypothesis Testing, the T Test, Z Test, and F Test, and methods for Sample Size Determination. The Black Belt candidate earns certification by leading and completing at least one project that achieves a business goal and by challenging a Board of BBs and Masters. The BB candidate must present a project and answer questions on the project and on BB, GB, and YB level skills. Board member approval must be unanimous. The candidate is allowed three attempts to challenge the Board.

The Client and JohnRTiffanyLLC will agree on the training or service location, dates, and times. For training, the price is per student, with class size minimums plus reasonable travel and per diem costs for the instructor(s), if applicable. For on site service, custom quotes will be provided for the category and complexity of work. Travel and per diem are quoted by the LLC on request after the service location is stated by the Client.
