Service Description
Real-world problems involve multiple moving variables. Advanced problem solving techniques to include the Complex Issues Leverage Matrix (CILM) will be learned and put to practice. Each student will develop Solution Sets, not single solutions. Advanced statistical methods will be used to control performance by making small interventions that prevent major errors. Topics include Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Correlation & Regression, Control Charting, and Process Capability. Certification is earned by successfully applying and documenting at least one DMAIC or DMADV project that uses at least one DDL GB method to achieve a business goal.
Quote and Cancellation Policy
The Client and JohnRTiffanyLLC will agree on the training or service location, dates, and times. For training, the price is per student, with class size minimums plus reasonable travel and per diem costs for the instructor(s), if applicable. For on site service, custom quotes will be provided for the category and complexity of work. Travel and per diem are quoted by the LLC on request after the service location is stated by the Client.
