Service Description

The best tools from Lean Six Sigma and Business Analytics are presented in a challenging course where certification is earned by attending training and achieving a business goal, not by paying a fee. The class includes 12 hours of in-person classroom instruction, a graded online final exam, and follow-up online coaching by a BB or Master through student completion of a certification project.
Quote and Cancellation Policy
The Client and JohnRTiffanyLLC will agree on the training or service location, dates, and times. For training, the price is per student, with class size minimums plus reasonable travel and per diem costs for the instructor(s), if applicable. For on site service, custom quotes will be provided for the category and complexity of work. Travel and per diem are quoted by the LLC on request after the service location is stated by the Client.
