You are a senior leader or Hi Potential employee. You are data-rich, but do you know what the data mean? Can you logically predict future performance? Are your decisions "straight from the gut?" "based on institutional memory?" or driven by the data? The best tools from Lean Six Sigma and Business Analytics are presented in a challenging course where certification is earned by attending training and achieving a business goal, not by paying a fee. The class includes 16 hours of in-person classroom instruction, a graded online final exam, and follow-up online coaching by a BB or Master through student completion of a certification project. Classroom instruction is done in two consecutive days. Online instruction is done in four-hour blocks using Teams. One block is presented each week for four consecutive weeks. Certification is earned by successfully executing and documenting at least one DMAIC or DMADV project to achieve a business goal.
